Coaching is driven by what the client wants to achieve and focuses on self-initiated transformation that is facilitated by the coach. It is largely future focused, collaborative and solution orientated. Coaching therefore lends itself to any area where we are trying to make some kind of a change be that making a shift in a certain part of our lives, finding clarity on a particular issue or removing a limiting self-belief we have.
Absolutely! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of what you want to achieve. I'm here to support you and should be able to give you an indication of timings once we've had our first consultation.
